Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: All returns are subject to a non-refundable $7 flat-rate fee, which covers handling and restocking. This fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Non-refundable items include:
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund (minus the $7 fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
